Can I send Flirty Treasures as a gift to someone special?
Yes of course, just make sure that you provide their address so we know where to ship it!
When will my first box be shipped?
Your first box will be shipped within 5 business days of the day you subscribed.
When does the subscription renew?
The date of renewal is the 20th of every month.
When are renewed subscriptions shipped?
The renewed subscription will be shipped between the 4-8 of the following month.
How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping is $9.99 USD in Canada and the USA.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number once your box has been shipped.
How discreet is the service for both billing, shipping and packaging? I do not want others to know what I’ve ordered.
There are no identifiers on billing, shipping or packaging that will reveal the contents of your purchase. The shipping box will be completely black on the exterior and the shipping label will not indicate that you’ve ordered from Flirty Treasures.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time by accessing your account or sending us an email requesting a cancellation of your service.
My subscription has just been renewed, but I don’t want it. Can I cancel and get a refund?
Due to the volume of orders, we will not be able to issue refunds after the renewal date.
My shipping address has changed but I forgot to update my address and my box has shipped, can you send me another?
We cannot send another box as we have successfully shipped the parcel at the address provided.
What delivery service do you use?
We use Canada Post, UPS and USPS.
My tracking number shows my box has arrived but it is nowhere to be found. What can I do?
Please contact the appropriate postal service as they will have the most up to date information regarding your parcel.
There is an issue with a product. Who do I contact for help?
You may contact us at info@flirtytreasures.com up to 30 days after receipt of your parcel. We will be happy to replace any faulty items within that time frame.
Why did I get a ticket to the Taboo Show?
We value our customers and as a thank you to those who have subscribed for a three or six month prepaid subscription, they will receive a ticket to the Taboo Show. For those who subscribe for a year, they will receive one VIP Ticket to the Taboo Show.
Does the Taboo Ticket have any monetary value, and how long is it good for?
The ticket does not have any monetary value and it is good for the entire season of the Taboo Shows, and can be redeemed at any show across Canada.
